Walt and El Grupo

After several days of cinematic festivities, SJIFF3 closes with an unforgettable evening. The Closing Night Gala opens with special remarks and a special award presentation. The crown jewel of the evening - the Closing Night film is the Central Valley Premiere of "Walt & El Grupo," directed by Theodore Thomas, an alumnus of Stockton's University of the Pacific. Following the screening will be a captivating conversation with Director Thomas and his wife/producing partner Kuniko Okubo.
